I have two of these and one keeps putting itself down as when you crank the handle it unwinds itself, the other one the part where you are meant to press the button to allow it to be set at an angle fails and it does this itself, real poor quality

Don’t bother! I’ve had many parasols down through the years and I liked this. It was easy to use and looked good. The attachment fixings at the top of the pole snapped, rendering it unusable. I’ve been told by customer services that this is my fault as I left it out overnight. Apparently you are supposed remove the parasol at the end of each day and store it in a shed. 🙄 🤷🏻♀️
