Purchased in the sale, ordered online to collect instore, no one at collect point and only 2 staff at the tills. Long queue. Customers doing returns so a bit of a faff waiting to collect. But the product itself is great, v well made. Strong rope included. Its bigger than I expected. I had a rough visual but in reality it seems bigger. We intend to fix it to the back of the house and fence, if we get a Summer and need shade. I do recommended it for the price, size and colour.
